This job is full-time temporary.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a professional office environment
  • Highly organized professional able to see assignments through from start to finish
  • Works with employee sensitive information and must maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Proficient with MS office suite
  • Effective communicator both verbal and written
  • Able to successfully multi task in a fast paced business environment
  • Customer service focus for internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in business or related field
  • Prior HR work experience

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for employee walk ins
  • Greet and direct incoming phone calls and visitors
  • Office duties of filing paper documents, maintaining personnel files and I-9 binders, printing training materials, creating new hire onboarding binders, etc.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding process
  • Manage locker assignments for new employees and separations
  • Maintain office supply levels
  • Manage departmental inbound and outbound mail to include internal drop box
  • Manages scheduling for the department to include interviews, meetings, meeting rooms, events as directed, employee physicals, drug testing, etc.
  • Coordinates visits and agendas of external job candidates.
  • Schedules internal resources as needed for interviews, meetings, training purposes, new hire onboarding, etc.
  • Assists Training Coordinator with scheduling skill certification meetings
