Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of HR /Administrative experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite, and Power Point
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including monitoring job boards, scheduling interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews, ensuring reports are submitted weekly.
  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring that all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Track employee training dates and schedule refresher training to avoid expirations.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with HR-related databases and systems for tracking attendance, leave requests, and other employee records.
  • Enter and remove employees from the HR/Payroll system as they are hired and terminated.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and assist with maintaining the office flow.
  • Other duties as assigned.
