The HR Administrative Assistant is a ccountable for the management and maintenance of hard copy and electronic employee files, ensuring necessary information is acquired and retained as part of an employee file as well as meeting logistics for the VP of Human Resources. This position will also process documents, data and materials to support customers and input data into HRIS. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Understand and abides by policies, procedures and programs. Typically works on projects and tasks that span 1 day – 3 months.
