Compensation & Benefits We recognize and reward top talent with a competitive compensation package: $22-$24 per hour (DOE) Full-time, stable schedule Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay 401(k) with company match Employee discounts and perks Opportunities for career growth and advancement within HR and leadership Your Impact In this role, your work will directly influence: The speed and quality of onboarding for new hires The effectiveness of leaders across multiple properties Clear, consistent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams Organizational compliance, accuracy, and operational confidence Key Responsibilities Drive Efficient HR Operations Standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across multiple locations Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and resources Reduce administrative burden for HR Business Partners and leaders Support Executive HR Leadership Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key HR initiatives Track project progress and ensure timely follow-through Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials Assist with leadership meetings, trainings, and communications Serve as a Bilingual Culture Bridge Ensure clear and professional communication in English and Spanish Translate not just language, but tone, intent, and cultural context Support associates and leaders with workplace questions and guidance Strengthen engagement across a diverse workforce Maintain HR Systems & Data Integrity Manage and maintain accurate data within HRIS (Dayforce preferred) Support reporting, compliance tracking, and training completion Provide data insights that support better workforce decisions What Success Looks Like Leaders are empowered to focus on leadership-not administrative tasks New hires are onboarded quickly and consistently HR data is accurate, reliable, and actionable Communication across teams is clear and culturally aligned Processes are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar role Strong organizational and project coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Dayforce a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills What Sets You Apart Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Service-driven with a passion for helping others succeed Culturally aware and an effective communicator across diverse teams Growth-minded and eager to expand within HR operations Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused Why Join Western States Lodging & Management? Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Dayforce a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
