About The Position

The HR/Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Human Resources department by ensuring accurate records and smooth onboarding logistics. In this role, you will maintain high standards of confidentiality while serving as a professional point of contact for the TRIDENT brand.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record to support travel between client buildings.
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Proven ability to handle personal and sensitive data with strict discretion and integrity.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills for professional interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office technology.
  • Meticulous approach to completing work tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong track record of being reliable, responsible, and consistent in fulfilling job obligations.
  • Required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in an office setting and travel between client buildings; exposure to varying weather conditions may occur.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical assistance, including managing mail, emails, and phone calls for the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and tracking systems in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with coordinating new-hire materials, including printing orientation packets and scheduling training rooms.
  • Help distribute company memos and announcements; participate in daily briefings to stay informed on operational updates.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office equipment to ensure everything is in operational condition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about general HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive a company vehicle between client sites as needed to facilitate HR functions or deliver materials.
