Are you an HR student looking for real, hands-on experience while you study? We're looking for a part-time HR admin to join our People and Sustainability team. In this role, you'll help keep our daily HR work running smoothly. Your flexibility and commitment will make a big difference in supporting the team. You'll get the chance to learn about HR operations in a fast-moving environment, work on different HR tasks, and collaborate with a global team. We also offer flexible hours so you can balance work with your studies.

Requirements

  • The ability to work meticulously and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and significant IT systems (Experience with Workday is a plus).
  • Confidence to make decisions and work independently.
  • A basic understanding of labor law and HR processes.
  • The ability to work independently and in teams, with the capacity to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Most importantly, you're excited to learn, grow, and to join us in our journey to give more people a voice!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized personnel files.
  • Assisting with the organization of HR documents, workflows, and file storage systems.
  • Collecting and verifying HR data to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting the Global HR Team on various initiatives, which could include employer branding, training programs, and global mobility projects.
