Principle Function: The HR Admin supports HR operations by performing departmental duties as assigned by the Director of HR. This role requires upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information. Acting with a degree of independence, the HR Admin ensures fairness and objectivity for all employees while exemplifying and promoting Sodexo Live!'s vision, mission, and values. This is primarily a back-office role focused on maintaining and improving HR systems, logs, employee files, and related processes.
