After the initial training period, this position may be considered for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days in the office. Pay Range: $28 -$34/hour plus the potential for bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Compensation will be based upon education, qualifications, and experience. Summary: The Human Resources Administrator/Payroll Specialist has primary responsibility for the accurate and timely, full-cycle processing of multi-state payroll for Matrix and its subsidiaries. The HR Administrator will also support a variety of HR functions ancillary to payroll such as reporting, setting up state withholding accounts, entering of employee changes into the payroll/HRIS and the timekeeping systems. The HR Administrator will be assigned as the primary team member responsible for specific HR tasks or responsibilities and as the back-up for other functions and is expected to have a general knowledge of all functions of the department. The HR Administrator will also provide backup to the administrative staff as needed.
