About The Position

Provident Home Healthcare is one of the Twin Cities' premier home care agencies, specializing in acute, ICU level of care in the home. Over the last 15 years, our incredible team of managers and caregivers have helped hundreds of individuals with spinal cord injuries or debilitating diseases live quality, independent lives in their very own homes. Our family-owned agency is seeking to add a new team member that is positive, friendly, and detail-oriented! This position is your "foot in the door." We use this position to measure aptitude, attitude and ability--and then feed into more advanced positions within the agency.

Requirements

  • Strong MS Office skills are essential--specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Neatness, organization and attention to detail also a must.
  • Must be able to type 50+ wpm.
  • Must have clean driving record and a vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Front desk--greeting and hosting agency guests, answering phones
  • Assist in hiring process, gather documents, participate in interviews
  • Sorting and processing mail and faxes
  • A few office errands (must have clean driving record and a vehicle)
  • Data entry and assistance with employee files
  • Random projects to assist other departments
  • Light office tidying
