About The Position

THIS POSITION WILL BE UTILIZED TO PERFORM A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF HIGH SKILLED JOBS IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS THROUGHOUT THE HARVEST DIVISION. TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM THESE HIGH SKILLED JOBS TO A QUALIFIED STANDARD ALL THE WHILE MAINTAINING A SAFE WORKING ENVRIONMENT AND ADHEREING TO TYSON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING VARIOUS HIGH SKILLED POSITIONS IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE HARVEST DIVISION. WORK WITH SUPERVISORS ON A ONE ON ONE BASIS AND PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT

Requirements

Ability to interact with supervisors as well as hourly employees.
Good communication skills.
Good people skills.
Must pull full count, 2 Level A and 1 Level B or 3 Level A, in jobs.
No more than 6 attendance points.
Must not have been suspended in the past 12 months.
Currently working at this facility or complex only.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Level B Jobs: Butters, Lowbackers, Drop Hang Heads, Raise Gullets

Responsibilities
