About The Position

Support analytical testing for process development. The role involves processing biological samples, performing HPLC separations and data analysis, preparing buffers, setting up instruments, sterilizing, sampling, and cleaning systems. The scientist documents laboratory activities electronically, enters process data into a database, analyzes samples, and reports findings to investigators. The position also includes troubleshooting equipment and performing minor repairs, while following safe laboratory practices and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway, New Jersey are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience level.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
1–2 years of laboratory experience.
Experience analyzing therapeutic proteins and polysaccharides using UPLC and HPLC techniques, including HPSEC-MALS and UV.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, hands-on capability, ability to learn quickly, and self-starter qualities.
Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restrictions.
