Eurofins PSS is seeking an HPLC scientist with hands-on lab experience to support analytical testing. This role focuses on executing lab studies, preparing materials, analyzing data, and supporting process characterization for early- and late-stage programs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Hand-on experience with HPLC is required (such as RP-HPLC, IEX and SEC)
Hand-on experience with CE-SDS, Jess and CIEF is plus
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Perform testing methods run by PCD groups including: HPLC (such as RP-HPLC, IEX and SEC), CE-SDS, Jess and CIEF.
Support project work such as method development, troubleshooting and method qualification as needed by the group
Support data processing, entry, verification and validation as required
Deliver a sample turnaround time of 14 days for routine samples
Complete laboratory notebooks and DLIMS data entry within timeline required by project group
Support project activates as required by the group
May be expected to work with Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) projects in Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5, as well as other OEB4 materials
Other duties as assigned
Supports and monitors the performance of the team of employees
May participate in new hire interviews
Supports the on-boarding process of new employees
Disseminate administrative communications
Demonstrate and promote the company's vision
Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
Ensure coverage and performance for all shifts, and work duties
Performs administrative tasks for team member growth and development
Adeptly balance technical lab work with leadership responsibilities
