Requirements

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and tailor demonstrations to customer needs.
• Engage customers, build rapport, create memorable experiences, and courteously offer assistance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management, staff, customers, and fellow employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain product displays and work areas so they are clean, organized, functional, presentable, and ready for demonstrations.
• Sell products and services and meet or exceed personal monthly and weekly sales goals.
• Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, provide product information, and help customers make selections.
• Accurately document and report sales and other activity to Retail Operations.
• Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
• Provide competitive insights and contribute to team efforts.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and support customer satisfaction.
