The Housing Stabilizer supports families (ages 18–30) in maintaining long-term housing stability after exiting homelessness. This role focuses on barrier reduction, housing retention, life skills support, and landlord/tenant relationship strengthening. Participants are often dual-enrolled in UBH’s Rapid Rehousing (RRH) programs, so the Housing Stabilizer works closely with RRH Case Managers, Employment Specialists, and Mental Health Clinicians to provide coordinated, non-duplicated services. This program is supported by private funders and requires strong documentation, home visiting, and care coordination.
