Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is essential to manage case files and track client progress efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A customer-centric approach

Nice To Haves

• An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience with the Housing Choice Voucher program or other housing assistance programs
• Familiarity with working with the mental health population for one to two years
