Family Supportive Housing is committed to creating, designing, and implementing community services from a proactive, holistic, and person-centered approach. As a valued team member, you will provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management services and referrals to community resources to remove barriers to maintaining or stabilizing housing. Complete daily documentation, interpret reports and assessments from providers, and maintain complete and accurate client records. This is an in-office position with potential to transition to hybrid after demonstrating competency and completing training.
