Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Understanding of housing regulations and social services
Experience in case management or customer service
Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Being empathetic and a team player

Responsibilities

Conducting client assessments
Developing personalized housing plans
Connecting individuals with available resources
Facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management
Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to create effective solutions for housing stability
