Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Understanding of housing regulations and social services
  • Experience in case management or customer service
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
  • An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Being empathetic and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Conducting client assessments
  • Developing personalized housing plans
  • Connecting individuals with available resources
  • Facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management
