About The Position

National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist in field operations for our Mooresville, NC market. This full-time position requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student environment. This is a business with the opportunity for growth. Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers.

Requirements

• High school education, military and/or relevant work experience is desired
• Customer Service: 1-2 years experience
• Reliable transportation is required.
• good customer service and multi-tasking skills
• be able to work independently at a fast pace
• have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience

Responsibilities

• Inspecting apartments/housing units
• quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors
• providing resident notices
• enhancing relationships with apartment communities
