This is a full-time, exempt, non-represented position located at the Macadam Office. The Housing Program Supervisor will assist in the oversight of case management services and programming, ensuring consistency with Transition Projects' mission, values, policies, and procedures. The role involves active participation in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services, and functioning as the operational supervisor of day-to-day activities. This position is responsible for performing standard case management duties, providing housing case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, and carrying a small caseload when necessary. The supervisor will also provide leadership, support, and positive role modeling for case management staff, performing all functions of various case management roles. Additionally, the supervisor will facilitate staff meetings, coordinate coverage for absent team members, assist in developing on-the-job training, support staff in following policies, and contribute to program design and evaluation. The role includes conducting monthly check-ins with staff, monthly site visits, and functioning as the operational supervisor in the absence of the manager and director, including during extended absences or vacancies. The supervisor will also contribute to staff selection and performance evaluations, including appraisals, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Other duties as assigned.
