The Housing Organizer is a key member of the Dream.Org Advocacy team, working under the direction of the Senior Director of National Campaigns to develop and execute strategies that lead to the creation of more affordable housing - both from the supply side, and specifically housing that supports justice-impacted communities. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and develop community members into effective advocates and work with them to bring system change through organizing, legislative advocacy, and community education. The Dream.Org housing campaign is currently running in four states: Arizona, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The Housing Organizer will work with directly impacted leaders on the ground and coalition allies across all four states, with support from other staff based in those states. Note: This is a 1-Year funded position through the Fall of 2027 with continued employment contingent on funding.
