About The Position
We’re offering a paid, seasonal Housing Operations Internship for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, housing coordination, and project management. This is an in-office role based in Irving, TX, designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in Google Sheets. You’ll work closely with our Housing Manager and leadership team to support housing operations for our summer sales program in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Clear written communication and timely responsiveness
- Willingness to work in-office in Irving, TX for the duration of the seasonal program
- Interest in operations, logistics, housing, or business coordination
Nice To Haves
- Previous housing or leasing experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with apartment communities and hotels to ensure all leases and agreements are completed
- Assist the Housing Manager with sourcing, securing, and closing housing options across multiple markets
- Review contracts and leases for accuracy and completeness
- Track housing-related expenses using Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Respond to housing and operational questions from sales reps via Zendesk within a 2-hour response time
- Provide daily housing status reports to leadership and sales managers
- Support housing selection, roommate assignments, move-ins, and offboarding
- Ensure housing units are fully prepared for arrival, including furniture, utilities, and insurance
- Assist with mass housing communications and updates to sales reps
- Be available for in-office arrival and onboarding support during peak months (March–May)
