This position lives on-site with an expectation of responding 24/7 to all urgent situations that arise within the facility. Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 6 months’ experience in human services, preferably working with homeless adults, the economically disadvantaged, mentally ill or chemically dependent.
- Current CPR/First AID Certification or within two months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
- Previous experience with homeless and/or offender populations
- College course work, or training in human services field
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors
- Providing quality services and structured programming designed to promote successful community living
- Serving as liaison with community resource agencies to coordinate needed services
- On-call for after hour emergencies
