A HHF Housing Manager contributes to AHF by increasing housing occupancy and streamlining the in-take and leasing process for HHF properties. A HHF Housing Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by guiding and coaching the Housing and Leasing Coordinators in handling every step of the in-take and leasing process, background checks, move-ins, transfers, as well as keeping all residents records up-to-date in AppFolio. A great emphasis will be placed on a timely response to housing applicants and inquires, as well as connecting with external partners and agencies to identify resources for HHF residents. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a HHF Housing Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
