We're hiring a Housing Director to lead tenant services, staff supervision, and community operations at our Fairmont, MN location. Requirements

Active LALD certification required, or ability to obtain upon hire
High school diploma/GED required, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, with full range of motion for climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling required
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs and transport residents in wheelchairs required

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of management theory, employee management, financial management, and health law fundamentals preferred

Responsibilities

Provide tours to prospective tenants, explain services, and ensure they meet building requirements
Monitor tenant compliance with residency requirements and maintain all required documentation
Partner with the RN on tenant care coordination, annual evaluations, and investigating any suspected neglect or abuse
Lead full-cycle staff management, including recruitment, scheduling, supervision, discipline, and termination
Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education, including OSHA and safety compliance
Manage the building budget, rent collection, additional revenue, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including emergency preparedness and survey readiness
Handle tenant and employee grievances, represent the building at community events, and collaborate with outside agencies on tenant resources
