The Housing Desk Clerk is responsible for being present at the front desk of the assigned building during their shift to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors. This role involves receiving short-term tenants, providing excellent customer service, maintaining desk logs, and managing mail and package deliveries. The clerk will also handle tenant requests and complaints, record key distributions, and conduct move-in/move-out procedures using the StarRez system. Adherence to emergency procedures, security policies, and other assigned duties is essential.
