About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Housing Coordinator Assistant within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the department's efficiency in serving clients' needs by acting as a liaison among internal departments, vendors, and policyholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with the ACT database preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a daily tracking log of file assignments and detailed notes of verbal and written correspondence, including names and phone numbers of contacts
• Assisting with answering incoming calls routed to the Customer Care Department
• Securing and processing lease extensions
• Processing and filing move-outs and obtaining signed copies of ALE's notices to vacate from landlords using all necessary communication methods
• Securing last-minute lease extensions with landlords at the adjuster's direction
• Confirming furniture pickup dates with vendors
• Corresponding with clients to determine housing status
• Corresponding with landlords and collaborating with the Accounting Department on rent-check inquiries and discrepancies
• Receiving and submitting landlord address changes and making clear, accurate notes in ACT
• Performing other duties as assigned
