Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Housing Clinician to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals involved in housing programs. This role supports consumers in achieving stability, wellness, and independence through individualized, consumer-driven services delivered in both office and community-based settings. The Housing Clinician plays a critical role in assessments, treatment planning, service delivery, and coordination with community and internal partners, particularly those supporting housing stability and substance use recovery.
