This position is responsible for: Supervises and participates in performing the day-to-day activities necessary for the smooth operation of a transient housing facility providing housing, food, transportation, case management, and educational assistance; supervises and participates in case management and housing operations work; ensures that paperwork is completed, and house rules are followed by all clients; ensures client records are maintained for effective reporting and compliance with The Salvation Army policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Serves as a community liaison to other agencies for client referrals and resources.
