About The Position

The Economic Development Department is seeking a Housing Analyst to perform professional administrative and technical duties related to the City’s affordable housing programs. This role involves providing highly responsible technical staff assistance in conducting analyses of such programs. Requirements

  • Housing Analyst I: No professional experience required.
  • Housing Analyst I: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Housing Analyst I: OR An Associate's degree or 60 semester units of college level course work including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university and two years of increasingly responsible advanced journey level technical experience in affordable housing program management may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Housing Analyst I: OR An Associate's degree or 60 semester units of college level course work including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university and three years of increasingly responsible journey level technical experience, including one year at the advanced journey level in affordable housing program management may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Housing Analyst I: OR An Associate's degree or 60 semester units of college level course work including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university and four years of increasingly responsible journey level technical experience in affordable housing program management may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Housing Analyst II: Two years of performing duties similar to that of a Housing Analyst I with the City of Roseville.
  • Housing Analyst II: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Housing Analyst II: OR An Associate's degree or 60 semester units of college level course work including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university and two years of increasingly responsible advanced journey level technical experience in affordable housing program management may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Housing Analyst II: OR An Associate's degree or 60 semester units of college level course work including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university and three years of increasingly responsible journey level technical experience, including one year at the advanced journey level in affordable housing program management may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
