Join the Housing & Residential Education team as a full-time Housing & Administrative Support professional and play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and mission-driven residential experience for more than 2,200 students and 2,000 summer guests each year. Reporting to the Housing Operations and Communications Manager, this position provides essential administrative and operational support to a dynamic team of professional staff and student employees. You’ll manage information, coordinate logistics, and help prioritize competing tasks—ensuring the department advances unit goals that align with the University’s mission to transform lives through education and strengthen communities in Northeast Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who values purpose-driven work and thrives in a collaborative environment that reflects UW–Green Bay’s strategic priorities and core values.
