About The Position

The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, assisting room attendants, and responding to guest calls. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality high-touch housekeeping service for each guest's stay. The shift is Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Requirements

Detail-oriented and thorough.
Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests.
Ability to perform consistent work to the highest standards.
Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way.
Sufficient education and literacy are needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean common areas, including lobby, dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back-office spaces, and any other spaces as needed.
Identifies minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel, notifying the supervisor when appropriate.
Fulfills guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries and linen deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors, including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors; and removing non-floor closet items and storing in appropriate areas.
Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and the delivery of housekeeping/room supplies to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
Deliver lost and found items to the supervisor and/or according to established hotel procedures.
May regularly assist with quarterly "deep cleaning" projects.
Maintains outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel and take all trash to the main dumpster.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/MOD.
