About The Position

This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel's common spaces, pool area, and exterior grounds are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. Weekends are a must! Hours are from 10pm to 6am.

Requirements

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Assist the front desk in responding to guest requests, including delivering items, handling service needs, and providing general assistance.
• Serve as a visible, friendly presence throughout the property, offering courteous and professional guest interactions
• Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
