Hosue Attendant – Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection| Cleveland, OH What You’ll Do As a House Attendant at Hotel Cleveland you’ll be an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring the property is pristine, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. You’ll: Ensure the immaculate upkeep of public areas, meeting spaces, and service zones Support housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and assisting Room Attendants Maintain floors and surfaces with specialized equipment and care Deliver prompt, professional responses to guest and team member requests Observe and report maintenance or safety concerns, always with guest well-being in mind Act as a steward of our brand’s refined aesthetic and hospitality standard What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail, with a commitment to excellence Are physically able to lift, push, pull, and move items as part of your daily tasks Enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and initiative Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and colleagues alike Understand the importance of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bring previous hospitality, facilities (preferred but not required) Why Join Hotel Cleveland?
