About The Position

The DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking experienced and driven candidates for the role of Houseperson. This position is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality for guests. The main objective is to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of hotel public areas, support housekeeping operations by timely delivery of supplies, maintain facility standards, and assist with guest service needs. The role involves ensuring public spaces and operational areas meet brand cleanliness standards and providing efficient, courteous, and professional service in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, a service-focused attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are required, along with a willingness to assist guests and team members to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment.
