The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This role focuses on maintaining spotless cleanliness in various areas of the hotel, ensuring product consistency and quality, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and teamwork. The Houseperson is responsible for handling luggage, cleaning and managing trash in guest hallways, stairwells, service areas, and exterior grounds, maintaining furniture upkeep, and restocking supplies.
