About The Position
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in all common areas. The Houseperson is also responsible for: Daily distribution of resort amenities Providing exceptional customer service Ordering the daily delivery of linen Collecting all dirty linen daily Performing duties common to all housekeeping activities as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
- Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
