Requirements

Ability to speak minimal English.
Open and flexible availability to early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work a full shift (8 hours) constantly standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Attend to guest request and guest room attendant requests.
Clean guest common areas and back-of-the-house areas, including outside, in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.
Report maintenance issues.
Transport dirty linens and stage for laundry pick-up.
Dispose garbage to trash compactor.
Properly maintain equipment, carts, and stations, including supply replenishment, optimizing appearance and efficiency.
Ensure the resort follows all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.
