The Houseperson is responsible for assisting Guestroom Attendants to ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and neat. This includes cleaning ash urns, dusting lamps, mirrors, and pictures, mopping floors, and delivering requested items to guest rooms. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, stocking supplies, and following specific procedures for flood response, safety, general cleaning, room pulls, and mattress flipping. Additionally, the Houseperson will clean restrooms, vacuum hallways and edges, and clean stairwells and lockers.
