The Houseperson will assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens, and deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas, responding to guest requests for housekeeping supplies, and cleaning designated public areas. The Houseperson will also report needed repairs or unsafe conditions, respond to guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction, and monitor and control supplies to minimize waste. Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments is also a key aspect of this role.
