About The Position

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-minded Houseperson to support our Housekeeping team. In this important behind-the-scenes role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of our oceanfront resort while ensuring our Room Attendants have the supplies and support they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or related experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping closets, linen rooms, and service areas.
• Deliver clean linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities to Room Attendants and designated areas.
• Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling in accordance with resort procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest corridors, elevators, stairwells, and other assigned public or back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest and Housekeeping requests for additional supplies or assistance.
• Assist with moving furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, and other approved guest-room items as needed.
• Support Room Attendants with assigned tasks to help ensure guest rooms are ready on time.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to resort procedures.
• Follow proper chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping leadership and fellow associates to maintain Omni’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
