Join our Housekeeping Team at The Fountains in Orlando, FL! We are looking for individuals to provide excellent service to our guests and owners while they're staying at the resort. This role involves promptly assisting guest inquiries and needs while following brand standards. You will provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions. Responsibilities include removing used and replacing with new all linens, towels and vital products and supplies, and transporting clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings. You will also maintain work carts/stations as necessary to optimize appearance and efficiency, and ensure that all items delivered to the guest rooms are clean and in working order. This role requires self-inspection of carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage, or wear, reporting maintenance deficiencies, replenishing linen and guest amenities, and assisting co-workers when requested. The position operates in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, requiring flexibility with spontaneous demands from guests. You will also identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
