About The Position

This unique Houseperson / Valet Attendant role blends behind-the-scenes operations with guest-facing service. You won’t be stuck doing just one task—you’ll be active, visible, and making an impact throughout the entire guest experience. This is not a routine role— you’ll stay moving, stay engaged, and be an essential part of the team every day. As a Houseperson / Valet Attendant, you will support both housekeeping operations and valet services, helping ensure the property stays clean, organized, and welcoming while delivering a positive arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to stay active and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized public and back-of-house areas
Remove linens and trash from guest rooms and common spaces
Deliver supplies and assist with room setup and projects
Support laundry operations as needed
Keep storage areas stocked and orderly
Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
Ensure all guest vehicles and keys are secured at all times
Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
Maintain a safe and organized valet area
Perform other duties as assigned by Hotel Management
