The Houseperson/ Runner is responsible for assisting and supporting the Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A Houseperson must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets, assisting with linen and trash removal, preparing supply bags, and ensuring timely unit turnovers. The position also involves reporting maintenance issues, handling lost and found items, moving furniture, and creating positive customer relations by assisting resort guests and owners.
