About The Position

This is a Full Time Dual Houseperson/Maintenance position for the night shift, including weekends, for both the Courtyard & TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mankato. The role is responsible for maintaining any equipment on property or company grounds. Some tasks that will be expected are working with system and building components, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, tile among others. This person will also help in responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues that may arise. This position will be working at multiple properties in the area, all within walking distance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain any equipment on property or company grounds.
• Work with system and building components, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, tile among others.
• Respond to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues.
• Patrol areas on a regular basis of property grounds including outside parking facility.
• Respond to any guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
