About The Position
We’re looking for a House Person / Maintenance Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment for guests and teammates. Requirements
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving supplies or equipment.
- Friendly, professional communication skills and a commitment to guest service.
Nice To Haves
- Basic maintenance knowledge and comfort with general repair tasks are preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Complete routine maintenance and basic repairs, including assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Respond to guest and team requests for supplies, amenities, and maintenance support in a timely manner.
- Support housekeeping with linen delivery, supply restocking, and heavier cleaning tasks.
- Help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by identifying and addressing property needs.
