Requirements

Available to work weekends
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Physical stamina and agility are required, job entails constant mobility, frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and handling items weighing up to 25 pounds
Capable of standing and walking for the entire shift

Responsibilities

Ensuring all public bathrooms, meeting rooms, and other common areas of the hotel are spotless.
Sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
Removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, and performing other necessary cleaning tasks.
Lending a hand in cleaning guest rooms and the laundry room.
Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly smile, addressing their queries and providing guidance.
Accommodating special requests from guests or colleagues quickly and professionally.
Receiving deliveries, checking items against delivery notes, and putting them away in designated storage areas.
Ensuring storage areas remain organized and clean.
Actively engaging with all departments, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
Fixing any broken, defective, or missing items promptly.
