About The Position

The Houseman will be responsible for daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces and restroom facilities. This is a full-time position eligible for a full benefit package.

Requirements

Regular and reliable attendance.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Must have a pleasant and upbeat attitude
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to bend and move to the requirements of the job
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge/Ability to vacuum/mop and clean areas.
Adhere to St Andrews CC dress and grooming standards.
Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel if needed
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Nice To Haves

Two years of housekeeping or Houseman experience is preferred.
Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans.
Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.
Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests.
Always address members needs and requests immediately.
Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled.
