Responsibilities
- Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to enhance the guest experience.
- Regularly restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with housekeeping staff to support room turnover, making sure every guest room meets our high standards of excellence.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues that may affect guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
