About The Position

This role involves cleaning and maintaining guest room areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms, according to company standards. The position also requires organizing and stocking cleaning carts and linen closets, completing assigned paperwork accurately and timely, and performing other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills or executing special guest requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and enjoy working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences. The role may require working varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The physical requirements include the ability to work in a standard office environment for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6-8 hours a day), with occasional standing and walking. Frequent fine motor skills for keyboarding, using a mouse, writing, and operating office equipment are necessary. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, reaching, or carrying items, and the ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds. Visual ability to read computer screens and printed materials, with close visual focus and color differentiation, is needed. The ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, and use a phone or headset, is also required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
