  • Excellent reliability, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude when interacting with residents, families, and staff

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in healthcare, nursing home, assisted living, or hospitality settings is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas according to facility standards
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to help maintain a healthy environment
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • Restock housekeeping supplies, linens, and personal care items
  • Follow infection control guidelines and safety procedures at all times
  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate cleaning logs and supply inventory records
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as directed by management
